I’m so sorry I didn’t tell you about this sooner.
Yes, I review pleasure products on my blog, and I also write for The Pelvic People — focusing on pelvic floor health, feeling good, and being gentle with yourself when navigating challenges like:
- Painful sex
- Chronic pelvic pain
- Low desire
- The medical system. (Let’s all let out a collective sigh.)

Really sweet, personable bloggers (like me) interview pelvic floor therapists and sex therapists, read medical journals, and more — to make this quick-start guide possible.
And considering most women will experience painful sex, chronic pelvic pain, or changes “down there” related to peri/menopause, I really should have spoken up sooner about this work I do on the side.
Because it would have helped more people:
- Sex positions for people with endometriosis? There’s a post about that.
- Online courses and exercise guides for managing pelvic floor health and sexual wellness
- A printable PDF to bring to doctors about your pelvic pain symptoms? Yup, there’s a post for that, too.
It’s a different vibe than you might be used to on my blog — like I’m covering up my tattoo sleeves with a cozy cardigan.
